Please test wear your new shoes on carpet to determine fit while keeping them clean. Returned shoes that are not in new condition cannot be placed in inventory, creating waste. We ships via UPS and Fed Ex Ground and USPS. Actual shipping charges may be adjusted due to weight and dimension of some items shipped. We will email you in such a case. Shipping and deliveries are made in accordance with the standard rules and regulations of these respective shippers. You can choose for all continental United States addresses:
- UPS Ground - Eastern USA
- UPS Ground - Western USA
- UPS 2nd Day - Alaska/Hawaii
- UPS Ground - Canada
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Please submit the correct billing address for the credit card to help us prevent fraud. If an incorrect billing address is submitted we will refuse shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until the day of shipment. We also accepts money orders, but no personal checks.
There is a 6.50% sales tax charge for any order delivered within Ohio.
The confirmation of an order by e-mail or any other type of electronic confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of the order. We have the right to refuse shipment without any prior notification.
We pledge to help you find a customized fit. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, simply return it in NEW CONDITION / unworn within 14 DAYS of purchase, for an exchange or a full refund.
A copy of the original sales receipt and the RETURN/ EXCHANGE form sent with your order must be enclosed with the return.
NON-DEFECTIVE, worn shoes are subject to inspection by our returns dept. before the return or exchange will be processed.
Please enclose a note explaining the reason for the return so we can handle your transaction according to your wishes.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibilty. SHIPPING COST are NON- REFUNDABLE.
If an exchange is requested, we will cover the shipping for the new item being sent out.
